AREST Client allows retrieval of ATNA audit records.

To retrieve ATNA audit record from an audit record repository, you can use the following procedure to create a basic search statement using several search parameters.

  1. In the left panel of the Record Viewer page, click AREST CLIENT and then click Audit Events.
  2. To build a search condition, in the Audit Events page, perform the following actions.
    1. Optional. In the Address box, type the network access point ID of the user device that creates the audit record and press Enter.
      Note: This value can be a device ID or an IP address or any other unique identifier associated with a device.
    2. Optional. In the Patient id box, type the unique identifier of a patient and press Enter.
    3. Optional. In the Entity id box, type the unique identifier of a participant and press Enter.
    4. Optional. In the Entity Type box, type the entity type involved in the transaction and press Enter. Valid entries include 1(person), 2 (system object), 3 (organization), and 4 (other).
    5. Optional. In the Role box, type the role of the object and press Enter.
    6. Optional. In the Source box, type the source of the audit event and press Enter.
    7. Optional. In the Type box, type the identifier code of the specific type of event audited and press Enter.
    8. Optional. In the User box, type the user that participated in the event and press Enter.
    9. Optional. In the Sub Type box, type the specific IHE transaction code and press Enter.
    10. Optional. In the Outcome box, type the outcome and press Enter. Valid entries include 0 (success), 4 (failure), 8 (serious failure), and 12 (major failure).
    11. In the Start Date Time field, click the calendar to set the start date and time from which you want to start the search and press Enter.
    12. In the End Date Time box, click the calendar to set the end date and time till which you want to perform the search and press Enter.
    13. To display the search result, click SEARCH.
      Note: To view the formatted structure of an audit record in the right pane, click the arrow icon . Alternatively, you can also click the record.
      Note: You can view or manage the predefined search conditions. To do so, click Profile and then click Settings. To know more about working with settings, refer to Settings.
      Note: If the Show URL check box is selected in the Settings page, the Atnalog service URI is displayed in a box.
