On the Dashboard page, you can view two tables representing the current composition and distribution of the audit transaction logs in the system, segregated on the basis of Event ID and Event Type Codes. The toolbar displays the last updated status of the logs in the presently active database. The Dashboard page allows you to update the status of the log reports, refresh the reports, delete logs with the same Event ID or Event Type Codes and also preserve some of the latest data by specifying the time period for the deletion.
- In the left pane of the Record Viewer page, click Dashboard.

In the Dashboard page, perform
the following actions.

To generate a new status report of the log composition, click Update dashboard status
. -
To delete a batch of logs with the same Event ID or Event Type Code, beside the appropriate Event ID or Event Type Code, click Delete. In the confirmation box, specify the most recent number of days for which you want to save this batch of logs and click OK.
Note:To delete all matching records, in the confirmation box, enter 0 as number of days.

To obtain the last saved status report, click Refresh.
