The API endpoints for the Audit Manager web application are defined in the server-side configuration. You can only view the API endpoint settings for the Audit Manager in the Audit Record Repository panel. However, you can edit the pre-configured API endpoints for the AREST Client.

To manage configurations, complete the following steps.

  1. In the Settings page, under Configurations, click Audit Record Repository. The Audit Record Repository panel displays the pre-configured API settings for Audit Manager.
  2. In the Settings page, under Configurations, click AREST Client. In the AREST Client pane, perform the following actions.
    1. In the Audit Event FHIR endpoint* field, type the address of the non-secure FHIR endpoint for audit events search.
    2. In the Audit Event FHIR endpoint (Secure)* field, type the address of the secure FHIR endpoint for ATNA audit events search.
    3. In the Syslog FHIR endpoint* field, type the address of the non-secure FHIR endpoint for Syslog transactions search.
    4. In the Audit Event FHIR remote endpoint field, type the address of the third party FHIR endpoint for retrieval of ATNA audit events search.
    5. In the Syslog FHIR remote endpoint field, type the address of the third party FHIR endpoint for retrieval of syslog transactions.
    6. In the Records to retrieve per request field, the number of records to be retrieved per query request is pre-configured as 100 by default.
    7. To enable retrieval of data by overriding the browser security settings, select the Use proxy check box.
Note: Using a proxy setting initiates a request to the service endpoints, which in turn fetches data from the configured remote endpoints.
    8. To allow pagination in the search results for AREST Client, select the Allow paging check box. This check box is selected by default.
    9. To display the Atnalog and Syslog service uri at the corresponding user interfaces in order to build search conditions for retrieval of audit records, click the Show URL check box.
    10. Click SAVE.
Note: To revert to the original setting values, click RESET.
