Acuo Security Token Service (STS) has two components - Acuo STS and STS Manager.
STS implements the security validation needed to generate authentication tokens that can be used to access healthcare related applications. STS provides certain rules on the basis of which a user’s digital identity is authenticated and then validated from an authentication store (Active Directory) on behalf of an application.
The STS Manager provides a graphical interface to configure STS. It allows you to configure parameters related to STS such as Active Directory, Outgoing Claims, Token Signing Certificate, Relying Parties, and Encryption Certificate.
