Depending on your organization security policies and guidelines, a Hazelcast Enterprise license might be required to implement further hardening on the cluster. Alfresco does not provide this license so please refer to the Hazelcast Security Suite for details.
We recommend to enable:
- TLS to encrypt the data transmission among the nodes of the cluster in case a malicious user gains access to the network layer
- mTLS to authenticate nodes with certificates so that their identity can be cryptographically verified
