Content models can be updated using the Actions dropdown against a content model.
To view the actions menu of a content model:
- Log into Alfresco Share as a user that is a member of the ALFRESCO_MODEL_ADMINISTRATORS permission group and click Admin Tools > Model Manager.

Click the Actions dropdown against the content model.The
actions are:
Action Description Activate Activates the model. This action can only be performed if the content model is currently Inactive. Deactivate Deactivates the content model. This action can only be performed if the content model is currently Active. Delete Delete the content model. This action can only be performed if the content model is currently Inactive. Edit Update the information for a content mode. This action can only be performed if the content model is currently Inactive. Export Downloads the content model as a .zip file to upload into another environment or repository.
