It’s important to note that there are no changes related to the tailing of the logs via JMX (jmxlogger:type=LogEmitterAlfresco), the library that was used for this purpose has been adapted and extended to work with Log4j 2.x instead, guaranteeing full compatibility and exposing the very same JMX APIs to interact with the underlying logging library.
This also guarantees that the UI works as it used to.
