To upgrade to version 23.1 from version 20 SP1 or earlier of any AnyDoc product, you must first manually uninstall the earlier version before installing the later version.
In addition, in version 23.1, installed applications are now located in the folder at C:\Program Files\Hyland for 32-bit environments or C:\Program Files (x86)\Hyland for 64-bit environments. Configuration files are still located under C:\ProgramData\AnyDoc.
