Profiles can be created for multiple OCR for AnyDoc form families at the same time. Turning the QA phase option on for each profile can also be done without having to open each profile individually and setting the option on the Quality Assure tab.

To create a capture profile from an OCR for AnyDoc form family:

  1. Open CAPTUREit.
  2. From the File menu, click New Capture Profile per OCR for AnyDoc Family. The New Profile from Form Family dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select the check box next to each form family for which you want to create a capture profile.
  4. Select the QA Images on Scan/Import Station check box to activate the QA phase for all of the selected new profiles.
  5. Click Create Profile. The form family is automatically added to the Workflow Manager window.
