A capture profile defines the destination of the captured images, the scanner properties, import options, processing options, and output options. A capture profile also determines if images are quality assured before releasing.
Any number of capture profiles can be defined. If you are using CAPTUREit with OCR for AnyDoc, a separate capture profile must be defined for each form family.

From the File menu, click New Capture Profile. The Create New Capture Profile window is displayed.
Tip:
The Create New Capture Profile window appears automatically the first time you start CAPTUREit on a workstation.
