The Delete Profile option deletes the selected capture profile and any pending batches. You are prompted whether or not to delete all records in the history log for the profile (including .ZIP files).

To delete a capture profile:

  1. In the Workflow Manager, right-click a profile and select Delete Profile. A confirmation message regarding deleting the capture profile and any pending batches is displayed.
  2. Click Yes. A confirmation message regarding deleting batch records in the history log is displayed.
  3. To delete batch records for the profile, including the history log and any .ZIP files, click Yes. To retain these records, click No.
