Select this check box to generate an ASCII output file for each batch processed with the capture profile. The ASCII output file is saved to the location set up in the Output Images tab | Route Files To Base Directory + YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS for Each Batch field. |

Generate XML Output File |
Select this check box to generate a XML output file for each batch processed with the capture profile. The XML file is created in addition to the ASCII output file. The XML output file is saved to the location set up in the Output Images tab | Route Files To Base Directory + YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS for Each Batch field. |

Output File Name |
Enter the name of the output file to be created, including the extension. If an extension is not specified, CAPTUREit does not automatically supply one. |

Output file for future OCR for AnyDoc® processing (import.ini) |
Select this check box to generate an import.ini file for each batch containing CAPTUREit information for future OCR for AnyDoc processing. |

Require at Least One Barcode per Document Set |
Select this check box, to require the user to enter a barcode value for each document set during QA. If selected, the batch cannot be released until at least one barcode value is assigned to each document set. |

Barcode Exists Only On The First Page |
If barcodes are required, select this check box, if applicable. This will result in barcode recognition only being run on the first page of each document set rather than all images. |
