Prompt for Name (Scan/Import) |
Allows the scan operator to name the output file at scan time. After scanning is completed the Save File As window appears. Enter a name for the scanned batch, image, or doc set in the Enter File name field and click OK. The file is saved to the location specified in the Output Directory Base path. |

Prompt for Name (Quality Assure) |
This is only available for Multi-page document sets. Allows the scan operator to name the output file when the batch is released from QA. The Document Set Output Name window is displayed. Enter a name for the doc set and click OK. The file is saved to the location specified in the Output Directory Base path. |

Barcode Value |
This is only available for Multi-page document sets that require at least on barcode per document set (set on the Output | ASCII tab (ASCII Output Options)). The output file name is based on the Barcode value detected at scan time or the Barcode value specified during QA.
