Used to define the general quality of the barcode by rating it from one to ten. One is used for poor quality images, such as faxes. Ten is used for best quality images, such as a laser-printed original. The default setting is five.
Note:
Barcode resolution is normally 1200 x 1200. Because fax resolution is usually very low (96 x 200), it is important that any barcodes used with fax applications be large enough that they can be faxed clearly.
