System directories include the Profile and Control directories.
The Profile directory contains profiles, VBScript, and scanner settings. The default location is C:\ProgramData\AnyDoc\CAPTUREit Server\Profiles\<CAPTUREit Server Name>\*.*.
The Control directory contains the local database, history files and images, and other system settings. The default location is C:\ProgramData\AnyDoc\CAPTUREit\CONTROL\.
Backup the Profile and Control directories before going into production and save to a secure location. After production begins, schedule regular backups of these directories.
Back up directories when the following conditions apply:

Before production starts

Before upgrading versions

New profiles are added
-
Profile settings are changed
-
VBScripts are added or changed
