The CAPTUREit Server database can be used by multiple CAPTUREit Servers at the same time. Each server sets the date and time for the record data. The database contains the following tables:

• AnyDocTrack_Batch

  This includes basic information about the batches.

• AnyDocTrack_BatchAudit

  This includes an audit trail for each batch, such as the date and time the scan started and the date and time the scan ended.

• CAPTUREitActive

  This includes information about current batches.

• CAPTUREitHistory

  This includes information about batches that have been released or deleted.

• CAPTUREitStations

  This includes information about CAPTUREit workstations.

• CAPTUREitStatuses

  This includes batch status codes.

• AnyDocTrack Image

  This includes information about each image.

• AnyDocTrack ImageAudit

  This includes an audit trail for each image. For example when an image is deleted in QA, the records indicate which the machine, operator, date and time associated with the deleted image.

• Keys

  This includes information regarding metered licensing information for the license keys on each CAPTUREit station.

• Messages

  This includes status messages sent from OCR for AnyDoc back to the CAPTUREit station that originated the batch.

• Lookup Tables

  These tables are Lookup Translation tables, which can be used for reports.
