Groups and users can be assigned a site name. A site name can further define the user or group by their location. Since a user can only be added to one group, the site name would make each user profile unique. For example, Bob at the Westlake site and Bob at the Tampa site are recognized as two distinct users.

From the CAPTUREit® Server Properties | Security Options tab, click Group Setup.
The Group Security Settings window is displayed.

Click Add Site. The Site Properties window is displayed.
