Enable Job Privacy for Users |
If this option is selected, batches are only available to the signed in user. If the user has Administrator privileges and the View Other User's Jobs is enabled in Group/User Administration Settings, the Administrator can view batches even if this option is enabled. Pending batches and batch history files are stored in the user's local application data directory. |
New Users are Automatically added to Default Group |
If this option is selected and a user logs in but is not already a registered user, the user is created and added to the Default security group. If this option is not selected, new users cannot log in. They must be created in the User/Group Management window. For more information, see Create a New User (Create a New User). This option is not available when using Active Directory settings. |
Show Login Prompt at Startup |
Requires users to successfully enter their user name and password every time they start CAPTUREit. |
Allow User Credentials to Differ From Station Login |
If this option is selected in conjunction with the Show Login Prompt at Startup option, the user can log in with different login information from the station's user ID and password. |
Automatically Log Out User After |
Automatically logs out a user after the station is idle for the specified number of minutes. This option is only available if at least one of the previous check boxes are also selected. The default is 10 minutes. |
