When dealing with a large number of Form families in OCR for AnyDoc it can be helpful to view the Form family list and specify which form families should be visible in CAPTUREit directly from within CAPTUREit Server. All form families recognized by CAPTUREit Server and based on the control path are displayed in the list on the CAPTUREit Form Family Access window. The alternative is to open each family individually in OCR for AnyDoc and specify it should be available in CAPTUREit.

  1. On the CAPTUREit Server Properties window, right-click the title bar.
  2. Click Configure Form Family Access. The CAPTUREit Form Family Access window is displayed.
  3. In the CAPTUREit column, select the OCR for AnyDoc form families that should be displayed in CAPTUREit.
    Tip:

    To select or clear all form families simultaneously, right-click a row and select Check All Items or Uncheck All Items.

  4. Click OK on this and subsequent screens.
  5. Open CAPTUREit. All of the form families that were selected in the C APTUREit Form Family Access window are displayed in the Workflow Manager.
