Modifying the contents of the files or folders required for use by CAPTUREit may have adverse effects on the performance of your system, or prevent CAPTUREit from functioning correctly. Antivirus software running on the server hosting CAPTUREit may also have adverse effects on system performance.
Exceptions should be configured in any antivirus, backup, or indexing software to exclude scanning the folders that contain the required files for CAPTUREit. You should also ensure that any virus scanning changes will not be overwritten by the automatic policy settings configured for your network.
In a default installation, exclude the following system directories and files:

C:\ProgramData\AnyDoc and all of its subfolders and files

The configured CAPTUREit Control folder (if different from the default located at C:\ProgramData\AnyDoc\CAPTUREit\Control)

Any configured Destination folder (if applicable)
