  1. From the Quality Assurance window, right-click an image in the batch image list and click Toolbar Options | Set Insert/Append From Disk Mode (Not Scanner).
  2. Do one of the following:

    • Click the Append Images to the End of the Batch button.

    • Click the Insert Images Before the Selected Image button.

    A browse window is displayed.

  3. Select the image file to append or insert. A confirmation is displayed verifying the append or insert process.
  4. Click Yes to append or insert the images.
    Tip:

    The original image file can be retained after inserting or appending from disk by selecting the Keep Original on Append/Insert from Disk check box under Settings | CAPTUREit Options.
