In the Quality Assurance window, the batch image list pane lists the images in the batch by sequence number or by imprinter string, depending on the View Images By field in Settings | CAPTUREit Options. Click the heading at the top of the batch image list pane to switch the image labels from the sequence number to the imprinter string and vice versa.

An asterisk (*) next to a page in the list indicates the image was added to the batch in QA, or was moved from its original sequence number.

The following symbols appear next to the image name:

Description

Indicates no special flagging or assignment on the image.

The image is flagged for deletion.

The image is classified as an attachment page.

The image is associated with a template in the associated OCR for AnyDoc form family.

The image starts a document set.

The image starts a soft document set. For example, a single page image. This applies to imported images only.

The image starts a document set and is classified as an attachment page.

The image starts a document set and is classified to a template in the form family.

Right-click an image in the list to display an options menu. The right-click menu includes most of the functions on the toolbar. It also provides access to functions not available on the toolbar, such as classifying an image to an OCR for AnyDoc template and deleting a range of images.
