Test Settings |
Click to test the FTP settings. CAPTUREit attempts to write test files to the specified directory and then delete them. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes. If the test fails, an error message appears indicating what part of the test failed. For example, if an incorrect address is entered for the server, an error message appears stating, "The server name or address could not be resolved." CAPTUREit creates a directory or file that resides on the server. The directory is named CAP_Test and the file name is Test.txt. This directory and file, if they exist, need to be manually deleted by the systems administrator before performing the test again. |
