Save Batch Records in History Database |
Select to create a record in the history database (Microsoft Access) for each batch of processed images. |

Number of Days to Retain Records |
Specify the number of days to retain the batch history records in the history database. Set this value to zero to keep records permanently. |

Save Local Copy of Images (ZIP) |
Select to create a .ZIP file of the entire batch prior to the upload or release of the local capture. If this option is selected, you have the ability to resubmit a batch from the history database viewer. The .ZIP files are located in C:\ProgramData\AnyDoc\CAPTUREit\CONTROL\backup_zips\. |

Any .ZIP files older than this retention threshold are deleted the next time CAPTUREit is launched. To maintain the number of retained files, ensure that CAPTUREit is restarted periodically. |

Save Deleted Batches |
Select to create a .ZIP file of the entire batch when a batch is deleted. A history record is created for the deleted batches if the Save Batch Records in History Database check box is enabled. The .ZIP files are located in C:\ProgramData\AnyDoc\CAPTUREit\CONTROL\backup_zips\. |
