The date format settings define the format for the date fields in batch header, image control, and document set control expressions when output to an ASCII file.

Access the Date Format Settings window from one of the following locations:

Settings | Date Formatting. The default date output format is set from this location. The default is Y4/MM/DD. For example, 2004/09/23.

Configure Batch Header window |Date Formatting. If a date field is included in the batch header expression for a capture profile, you can override the default output format.

Configure Image Control window | Date Formatting. If a date field is included in the image control expression for a capture profile, you can override the default output format.

Configure Document Set Control window | Date Formatting. If a date field is included in the document set control expression for a capture profile, you can override the default output format.

Configure Batch Control Number window | Format Date. If a date field is included in the user defined Batch Control Number for a capture profile, you can override the default output format.

Select a format from the Date Format list and click Add to Date Format.
