If you use the Quality Assurance phase for a form family in OCR for AnyDoc, you may choose to skip this phase when a batch has already been through Quality Assurance in CAPTUREit.

  1. In OCR for AnyDoc, select Management | Form Family Management. The Form Family Management window is displayed.
  2. Select a Form Family and click the Quality Assure button. The Quality Assurance window for the form family appears.
  3. Select the Quality Assure Images Before Processing check box.
  4. Select the Skip QA if Batch was QA'd by AnyDoc CAPTUREit check box. This option should be enabled if a form family receives work from several sources and you only want to perform Quality Assurance on a batch once, either in OCR for AnyDoc or CAPTUREit.

    OR

    Clear the Skip QA if Batch was QA'd by AnyDoc CAPTUREit check box to perform QA in OCR for AnyDoc regardless of any QA processes that occurred at the remote site.

    Note:

    The Skip QA if Batch was QA'd by AnyDoc CAPTUREit check box is only available if the Quality Assure Images Before Processing check box is enabled.

  5. Click OK.
