Administrators can manage all profiles and group memberships in one location. Profiles can be uploaded from the server and then assigned to groups. Multiple profiles can simultaneously be added to a group.
Administrators can also assign an individual capture profile to groups at the individual profile level. For more information about administering group management at the profile level, see Assign a Profile to Groups.

From the Management menu, click Profile Distribution. The Profile Distribution window is displayed.

Click Upload Profile. The Upload Profiles window is displayed.
Note:
Only profiles that are currently available for upload are displayed in the Upload Profiles window. Profiles with pending batches are not available for upload, and so those profiles are not displayed in this window. Process any pending batches for a profile to make that profile available for upload.
