Administrators can view the status of all Distribute QA batches to monitor which operator is working on each batch and how long each batch has been checked out. Administrators can also delete batches.

  1. From the Management menu, click Distributed QA Management. The Distributed QA Batch Management window is displayed.
  2. To sort by a column, click the column heading.
  3. To delete a batch, select the batch and click Delete.
  4. To send a specific batch to QA, rather than the first available batch, select the batch and click QA.
  5. To send a batch to AnyDoc Technical Support, right-click a batch and select Send Support Issue.
  6. To suspend or unsuspend a batch, select the batch and click Suspend or Unsuspend.
  7. To view the images in the batch, select the batch and click View Images.
  8. To reload the batch list, click Refresh.
  9. Click OK.
