The Backup Pending Batches option allows you to make backup .ZIP files of multiple pending batches for one capture profile.

  1. From the Workflow Manager window, right-click a batch and click Backup Pending Batches. The Backup Selected Batch window is displayed.
  2. Select the check boxes to the left of the batches to back up.
    Tip:

    Click Select All to select all listed batches.

  3. Click Backup Selected. The Browse For Folder window is displayed.
  4. Select a directory to store the backup .ZIP files and click OK. A .ZIP file is created for each selected batch.
