After a batch is suspended, no processing occurs on that batch until it is reactivated.
Sometimes a batch is automatically suspended due to an error. When unsuspending these batches, the error information is displayed. A selection must be made regarding which phase the batch should be restored to; Pending Release or Quality Assurance.
From the Workflow Manager window, right-click a batch and click Suspend or UnSuspend Batch from the menu.
The batch is suspended or reactivated based on its previous state.
