The View History Log option provides information about released batches from the local history database. You can view summary information for a batch or delete the record of a batch from the history log. If the Save Local Copy of Images (ZIP) option is enabled in Settings | CAPTUREit Options | History tab, you can view the images in a batch, resubmit a batch, or send a batch to AnyDoc Technical Support by e-mail.

  1. From the Workflow Manager window, click the View History Log button.

    The View History Log window is displayed, showing a list of all batches contained in the history database (Settings | CAPTUREit Options | History tab | Save Batch Records in History Database check box).

    The data columns in the View History Log window are:

    • Batch Date/Time: The date and time the batch was created.

    • Batch Control: The user defined batch control number, if applicable.

    • Complete Date/Time: The date and time the batch was released.

    • Profile: The capture profile.

    • Family: The OCR for AnyDoc form family, if applicable.

    • CI Batch ID: The system-assigned batch ID.

    • Local Status: The current status of the batch.

    • Total Images: The number of images in the batch.

    • DocSets: The number of document sets in the batch.

    • Archive Directory: The directory the batch went to on release.

    • Server Batch ID: The batch ID on the server.

    • Upload Time: How long it took to upload the batch, if applicable.

    • Server: The name of the server.

    • Profile Mode: The capture profile's destination type, Local Capture, Remote to OCR for AnyDoc, or Remote to Dir.

    • First Imprinter: Displays the imprinter string that appears on the first image.

    • Last Imprinter: Displays the imprinter string that appears on the last image.

    • Last OCRAD Update: The last message received from OCR for AnyDoc (e.g., imported, deleted).

    • Last Update Time: The time when the last message from OCR for AnyDoc was received.

    • Profile Type: The type of profile.

    • Name: The user name of the user who created the batch.

    • Number of Pages (Scanned): The number of pages scanned in the batch.

    • Doc Sets: The total number of document sets created in the batch.

    • Patch T Count/DocSets: The number of Patch T pages scanned and the resulting number of document sets that appear after a Patch T patch code page.

    • Patch 1 Count/DocSets: The number of Patch 1 pages scanned and the resulting number of document sets that appear after a Patch 1 patch code page.

    • Patch 2 Count/DocSets: The number of Patch 2 pages scanned and the resulting number of document sets that appear after a Patch 2 patch code page.

    • Patch 3 Count/DocSets: The number of Patch 3 pages scanned and the resulting number of document sets that appear after a Patch 3 patch code page.

    • Patch 4 Count/DocSets: The number of Patch 4 pages scanned and the resulting number of document sets that appear after a Patch 4 patch code page.

    • Patch 6 Count/DocSets: The number of Patch 6 pages scanned and the resulting number of document sets that appear after a Patch 6 patch code page.

  2. To display the selected batch in the View Images window, click the View Images button. This option is only available if the Save Local Copy of Images (ZIP) option is enabled in Settings | CAPTUREit Options | History tab. For more information, see View Batch Images.
  3. To display the Batch Information window, click View Info.

  4. To delete the batch history, click Delete. If there is a .ZIP file of the batch, it is also deleted.
  5. To send the batch by e-mail to AnyDoc's Technical Support department, click Support Issue. For more information, see Send Support Issue.
  6. To resubmit the selected batch for processing, click Resubmit. This option is only available if the Save Local Copy of Images (ZIP) option is enabled in Settings | CAPTUREit Options | History tab and the files exist.
  7. To view the ASCII output file for the selected batch in Microsoft® Notepad, click View Output. This option is only available if the Save Local Copy of Images (ZIP) option is enabled in Settings | CAPTUREit Options | History tab, the profile is configured for ASCII output and the files exist.
  8. Click Close.
