The View Local Cache option provides information about pending batches. You can view summary information for a batch, view the images in a batch, delete a batch, or send a batch to AnyDoc Technical Support by e-mail.
The Resubmit and View Output buttons are only available when viewing history and not the pending local cache.

From the Workflow Manager window, click the View Local Cache button.
The View Local Cache window is displayed.
The columns in the View Local Cache window are:

Create Date/Time: The date and time the batch was created.

Batch Control: The user defined batch control number, if applicable.

Profile: The capture profile.

Family: The OCR for AnyDoc form family, if applicable.

Status: The current batch status.

Images: the number of batch images.

Directory: The directory where the batch resides.

Server: The server.

Profile Mode: The capture profile's destination type, Local Capture, Remote to OCR for AnyDoc, or Remote to Dir.

Local Batch ID: The system assigned batch ID.

First Imprinter: Displays the imprinter string that appears on the first image.

Last Imprinter: Displays the imprinter string that appears on the last image.

To display the selected batch in the View Images window, click View Images.

- To delete the selected batch from the system, click Delete.

To send the batch by e-mail to AnyDoc's Technical Support department, click Support Issue.
