The Display Messages from OCR for AnyDoc option shows messages received from OCR for AnyDoc and EXCHANGEit.Status messages are sent back to the originating CAPTUREit workstation when:

A batch sent from CAPTUREit is imported, committed, or deleted within OCR for AnyDoc.

A job is successfully run through EXCHANGEit without errors.

From the Workflow Manager window, click the Display Messages from OCR for AnyDoc button. The AnyDoc CAPTUREit Messages window shows a list of status messages sent back to the CAPTUREit station.
The columns in the AnyDoc CAPTUREit Messages window are:

Index: A record number determined by the order in which the records are received.

Date: The date the message was received.

Message: The status message from OCR for AnyDoc (Imported, Committed, or Deleted) or EXCHANGEit.

Local Batch ID: The CAPTUREit batch ID.

Batch Control: The OCR for AnyDoc or EXCHANGEit batch number.
