When you click a capture profile, the toolbar buttons for the Import and Quality Assurance phases are active if there is pending work available in that phase; inactive toolbar buttons are all gray, active buttons are in color. Click a phase button to initiate the associated phase.

AutoFlow

AutoFlow can be enabled to initiate the processing phases automatically. When AutoFlow is running, everything else in the Workflow Manager window is ghosted; it turns gray and is unavailable. To have AutoFlow start automatically when CAPTUREit is started on the workstation, add the switch /a to the end of the Target field in the shortcut Properties. |

On the Fly

On the Fly (Alt + Y) - Opens the On the Fly Capture wizard to scan without using a capture profile. On the Fly Capture allows you to scan and immediately print, e-mail, or save images to a local directory. See On The Fly. |

Start Batch Scanning

Start Batch Scanning (Alt + S) - Starts scanning into the selected capture profile. See Scan Phase. |
