The Workflow Manager displays the configured capture profiles and active batches associated with each profile.
The Workflow tab displays the capture profiles, the current phase of each form family, and detailed information about each batch. It is divided into the following three panes:

Phases: This pane shows the available processing phases as determined by the license. Phases with pending work are highlighted in green.
Tip:To fully display all of the phase icons and widen this pane, click and drag the pane to the right.

Local Capture: This pane shows all the profiles available to the current user and the Control Path. Data in this pane can be sorted by clicking the column on which you want to base the sort order. The sort order is for display only; it does not affect the processing order.
Right-click a profile or batch to display a list of processing phases with pending work.

Import: Detailed information is displayed for each of the phases for the selected profile. Information is displayed at both the image and batch level.
