From the File menu, select New. A blank workflow palette is displayed.

Click and drag the appropriate tools onto the palette.
The toolbox is located to the right of the palette. It contains icons which represent the different tools that can be used. Each tool represents a specific functionality within the product.
Note:The Deprecated tab is displayed only if the workflow you opened uses tools that have been deprecated for AnyDoc 18.

Configure all the necessary context-sensitive properties for each tool.
The Properties window is located below the toolbox. The Properties tab of a tool shows the individual Job Objects as well as other areas of configuration.

The Trace/Audit Output window is below the workflow palette. The content is a dynamic representation of what is being processed through the system as well as information about specific issues that may arise.
