When looking for a dataword, several different solutions may be found. To narrow a search for the dataword, a series of conditions can be applied to the algorithm. Information can be filtered or retained based on the formatting of the dataword, the content, location of the dataword on a page to the keyword, and other options.
For example, to find an invoice number, the keyword might be "Invoice Number" and the dataword would be "IN-1234". The data word is usually located to the right or below the keyword.
