From the Create New Systems button, select Import System Definition Text File.
A text file, the System Definition file, needs to be prepared in advance that defines Document Groups and Page Types. A sample of what this file might look like is shown below:
Home Security Bills
~ADT Statement
Cable/Internet Bills
~BrightHouse Statement Page 1
BrightHouse Statement Page 2
Dental Bills
~Smith Family Dentistry Statement
~Whitaker, Anderson, Spencer Statement

Document Groups are named first. Page Types are under the Document Group names and indented.
The tilde (~) equals the first page of a Document Group.

Browse to the file location and select Open.

Once imported, the information is automatically displayed on the Auto Categorize Images dialog box. These Document Groups and Page Types can now be used to define images.
- Select Edit under Page Types to add images and match criteria as needed.
- Select Edit under Document Groups to configure page types as needed.
