  1. From the Create New Systems button, select Import System Using Folder Names.
  2. To navigate to the root folder, select the Browse button.
  3. Select the correct root directory. The folders and sub-folders now appear. Clear any folders that should not be included.
  4. Choose the Default Classification Type to be used for the Match Criteria.
  5. Click OK. The information is automatically displayed on the Auto Categorize Images dialog box. These Document Groups and Page Types can now be used to define images.
  6. Select Edit under Page Types to add images and match criteria as needed.
  7. Select Edit under Document Groups to configure page types as needed.
