Click Manage System. The Define Document Groups and their Associated Training Images window opens.
On this dialog many options are available for defining Document Groups, Page Types, etc.

Under Systems, click New. The System Properties window is displayed.

Enter a name for the system.
If more than one system is used, check the Default System to designate which system is used by default.

Select the Data Field used to determine the system and the value expected.

Select the Image Classification Mode – This version supports 3 variations of image classification with the FormFix toolkit.

Classic – Utilizes the old FormFix technology. Any existing classification systems will default to this setting.

Current – Utilizes the new FormFix technology. Any new flowchart or classification system will default to this setting.

Mixed – Combines the results of both technologies. The highest match percentages between both systems will be retained.

To improve performance, select Use Local Cache for Performance

Click Ok to finish.
Previously defined items through the Classification Training tool will appear here. The image to train the system on will display in the right side of the dialog box.
After the system is trained, the Manage System button will read Select Files.
