This tool performs predefined keyword-based search operations using the OCR Data Job Object. Similar to the Keyword search, the AnyApp Tech search uses the OCR data to locate a keyword. But unlike the Keyword search, it looks around the keyword and locates the correct data word. For example, Infiniworx can use the OCR data to extract pieces of information, such as a Purchase Order number from an invoice.

Note:

To utilize Keyword Search, the workflow must have an engine tool prior to this tool.

Three connectors are provided for routing the Job to different tools based on the number of solutions returned by the algorithm.

  • None: No solutions were found

  • Unique: Only one solution was found

  • Multiple: More than one solution was found

Note:

When creating the data field for the AnyApp algorithm, if there will be more than one solution, change the data field value from single to multiple.

Note:

The AnyApp tool doesn't currently support using any type of incoming job object other than OCR Data. This is due the algorithm's need for co-ordinate and positional data.
