This tool's icon has a red X indicator until all parts are configured correctly.

Select Map Columns. The Map Update Columns to Values window is displayed.

Select one of the following options from the drop-down list:

Use Connection String

Use UDL File

Depending on the option you selected in step 2, either select the
Browse option in the Connection
String field, or enter a UDL File location in the UDL
File field. If you select the Browse
option for the connection string, the Choose Connection
String dialog box is displayed.
- On the Choose Connection String dialog box, select the Data Source from the drop-down list.
- Select a database provider from the OLE DB Provider drop-down list.
- Enter a server or file name in the Server or file name field.

Enter the information required to log into the database.
Note:
Set up and login to a database varies depending on the type of database being configured.
- Click Test Connection to validate the database.
- After the database is selected and tested, click OK to close the Choose Connection String dialog box.

When the table columns appear, map the correct column to the correct system data field variable.
- Click OK.

Select Where Clause.

Manually insert single quotes around all string values in the WHERE clause.
Note:
The database connection must be configured and columns mapped before configuring the WHERE clause. If a WHERE clause is not specified, all mapped columns will be updated in every row in the table.
- Click OK. The connection string and table are now displayed.
- For one record per job, select Yes from the drop down.
