  1. Click Server Settings | Setup | Settings.... The Setup Email Server dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select the desired email Protocol:

    • POP3

    • IMAP

    • POP3 (with TLS/SSL)

    • IMAP (with TLS/SSL)

  3. Enter connection information for Port, Server, User Name, and Password.
  4. Click Test Connection... to test connection to email server.
  5. For IMAP connections, click IMAP Settings... to configure additional settings. The IMAP Settings dialog box is displayed.
  6. Select the folder that will be monitored from the Mailbox Folder drop-down list.
  7. Select which email to import based on email flags (new, unseen, etc.) from the Import Type drop-down list.
  8. Select how to mark the email after processing (deleted, seen, etc.) from the Flag to Set after Processing drop-down list.
  9. To permanently expunge emails marked for deletion on the mail server, select Issue Expunge Command After Import. After Infiniworx imports emails from the mail server, Infiniworx sends an Expunge command to the email server and any emails marked for deletion are permanently expunged from the mail server.
  10. To use the Search Options, select Import only email matching search criteria. Use IMAP search keys to import email based on criteria (for example, search for email containing the search string Invoice in the subject).
  11. Click OK when finished configuring IMAP settings.
  12. Click OK when finished setting up mail server.
