  1. Select Configuration. The SharePoint Configuration window is displayed.
  2. Enter a Server Name and Port or Select Use Custom Credentials.
Using Custom Credentials means using credentials other than the logged in user's network credentials.
  3. Click Get Document Libraries. On the dialog box, select the appropriate document library from the available list. The Default Folder dialog box is populated with folders from the selected Document Library.
  4. Select an Infiniworx variable that specifies a folder name. This folder variable determines which folder within the Document Library will store the current documents.
  5. Select the default folder where documents will be stored. This will be used if the dynamic folder is non-existent or blank.
  6. Map SharePoint columns to Infiniworx Global Variables, if desired.
The left side shows available SharePoint columns. The right side lists Infiniworx Global Variables. Select a variable that stores the value for each column. If a column is left blank, no value will be placed in that column.
  7. Click Ok.
After Configuration is complete, the remainder of the Properties (Default Folder, Document Library, Dynamic Folder, Server Name, and Port) for the SharePoint tool will be auto-filled from the information entered during configuration.
