This tool allows you to create an XML Paper Specification document from any image. The XML Paper Specification (XPS) provides users a format for electronic paper. It can be read by software, hardware, and by humans. The XML Paper Specification itself is platform independent, openly published, and available royalty-free. Microsoft has integrated XPS-based technologies starting with the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system and the 2007 Microsoft Office system.
The Convert to XPS Document Tool provides a means for converting any image to the XML Paper Specification format.
