The Convert to XPS Document tool's icon has a red X indicator until all parts are configured correctly.

  1. Select Edit on the Build Custom Data Map properties.
  2. Right-click to add a property.
  3. Select a global variable from the drop down to hold the information.
  4. Click OK.
  5. To build other properties, select the corresponding Edit button. The appropriate window opens.
  6. Double-click the desired fields.
