  1. To defer import, right-click on any Import tool and select Polling Interval. The Polling Interval window is displayed.
  2. In the Enter the Polling Interval field, enter the number of seconds for the tool to wait until attempting to import the next batch.
  3. In the Defer import until section, specify how old, in minutes, the file or subfolder must be before import can be done.
  4. Use the drop-down list to specify whether the tool should monitor the age of a file or subfolder for deferring import.
  5. Click OK.
