When a tool is active, there is a right-click menu. The following options are displayed:

Cut |
Cuts the tool from the window after a prompt asking about deleting the tool. |

Copy |
Places the tool on the Windows clipboard so it is available for pasting into another workflow or into the current workflow. |

Delete |
Deletes the tool from the workflow after a prompt asking about deleting the tool. |

Font... |
Changes the font for the tool. Options include the actual font, its color, size and style. |
|
Label... |
Allows editing of the tool's label. |
|
Machine List... |
Opens the Machine List dialog box. Machines can be configured to run specific tools. For more information, see Assigning Tools To Machines (page Assigning Tools To Machines). |

Clear Machine List |
Moves all machines back to the Available Machines List from the Configured Machines List. |
|
Filter Transactions to Tool |
Filters the Transactions Window view based items process through a specific tool. |
|
Reset Transaction Filters |
Resets the Transaction Window back to all items processed. |
|
Notes... |
Allows notes to be associated with a particular tool which can also be used as tool tips. |
|
Synchronize Batch Here |
Waits until all items with a batch reach a certain tool before continuing processing to maintain batch integrity. This feature is only available on Batch Level tools. |

Polling Interval |
Delays importing. When set, the import tool will wait at least the time specified before attempting to import the next batch. For more information, see Delaying Import (page Delaying Batch Import). |
