From the View menu, Select Windows | Transactions.
The Transactions Window is divided into three panes.
-
The left pane is a tree control that lists all the batches that have been processed. The tree structure is listed by batch level, followed by job level, and ending with page level.
-
The center pane displays details about the selected batch, job, or page. Icons in this center pane represent individual job objects, such as image files or OCR data. All job objects can be opened and view.
-
The right pane lists all the tools that were used to process the job, what step of the process that tool represents, and a description of each step.
The view of the workflow may change when the Transactions Window is open and you click on a specific job or page. The path of the specific job or page is highlighted with red connector arrows to show how it was processed through the workflow.
In addition to the image files, there is a job object called System Data generated for each batch or job. The system data can be viewed by double-clicking on the object. This opens the System Data Viewer window.
The System Data Viewer shows System-Defined and User-Defined data fields specific to the batch or job such as file names, locations, the value of job numbers, etc.
