If you are experiencing trouble with your API, there are several methods of gaining assistance. When experiencing a problem, always try the same process directly in OCR for AnyDoc. This helps narrow the scope or cause of the problem. For example, if you are experiencing problems during an Extraction process initiated via a client program, click the Extract button in the Work Flow Manager window. If the problem persists, you have eliminated the client program and the API itself as the problem's cause.
Hyland Software requires that the integrator or programmer has a working knowledge of OCR for AnyDoc when implementing the batch interface library. Hyland does not provide programming language support. If necessary, you must be able to provide a program (client.exe) to demonstrate the problem to Hyland without external references, such as database access.
